They don?t pay their employees what they promise them for one. Had a huge walkout at the beginning of May because they were... stealing tips from their employees. They also are incredibly unsanitary and none of the food is fresh. First time at The Smoothie Bus. Before coming in I had heard great things about the actual smoothies and those proved to be... true. The smoothie bowls themselves were good but I must say our overall experience was not as good. It took a very long time toget our order 20+ minutes of waiting. The staff was very rude to one another and took care of their own order for a break beforeeven finishing ours or the group of people before us, who ended up just leaving without getting their full order. The dynamicwith one another seems very awful and uncomfortable to your customers. Hope this can improve over time (starting withmanagement). There is a lot of potential if they can become a team and change their attitudes towards one another, theircustomers, and their jobs overall. Read more
