I ordered a brownie today at the Starbucks at the Manchester NH Airport. The lady smelled it twice. She put it right up to her... mask touching my food to her masked nose. It is COVID folks. And there was chocolate all over the outside of the bag which gotall over me and I haven?t even eaten it and I probably won?t. They were nice. I ordered coconut milk mocha and they gave me with normal milk. I was watching them preparing and when I asked they said they... don't have coconut milk. I was not sure why they took the order when they don't have and also they are very slow. Read more

I mean... it's an airport Starbucks. Same as everywhere. But they are slow AF, which is really not great in an airport. Was able... to walk to the other end of the terminal to a Dunkin Dobuts, get coffee, and walk back before the person who was in front of meeven got to place their order. I got my caffeine AND I made my flight. Not sure about that guy. Read more
I was craving a blonde coffee and scone. The coffee wasn't made. It was like I was just supposed to be cool with waiting for... that. Please notice this at an airport. And they had no scones. Walked by at 6:45 pm on a Sunday to get a cup of coffee while I waited for a massively delayed United flight. One of the ladies... behind the counter yelled at me and two other customers in line that they were closed and had been for 30 mins, but they wouldmake us simple stuff. She said no frappacinos or Expresso drinks. Whatever, I just rolled my eyes and got out of line. Iwouldn't spend my money in an establishment that that clearly doesn't appreciate my business.
