Ah,some things change, but some remain the same. Unfortunately. We stopped getting take out here because, although they make... good food, they always, always messed something up. This visit was no different. Got the Fiesta Burger, the description forwhich says it includes Crispy Onions. Nope. Not a single onion to be found. We also got the Crispy Shrimp Po? Boy Tacos. BecauseI had to drive some distance to my next stop I asked that they package the cold items separately from the hot. Apparently, theydon't consider lettuce to be a cold item. The toppings on the tacos turned them into wet slop. So much for the "crispy." Youknow, these are not complex concepts. Can't they just use a little more thought into it? Read more

First time at this fun and easy to get to restaurant. Plentiful parking and not too far off the highway. Intriguing and varied... menu and food and drink was top notch. Salsa was the best I've ever had! Not too spicy and super fresh tasting. I'd go back justfor the chips, salsa and margaritas! Ambience was casual while still showing some style. You knew you weren't in some ordinarychain. Friendly and experienced staff. Our server was patient with our taking forever to order and answered our many questionsabout the menu offerings without making us feel like a bother or rushed. And she managed to be there whenever we needed herwithout being obtrusive. That's talent! I will definitely make Shorty's a regular stop when I'm in Manchester and will ask myfriends to make this our regular lunch/dinner spot when we're able to meet up! Read more

Terrible service but will give the waitress the benefit of the doubt as she was visibly overwhelmed by her other table and... nothing but pleasant on the few visits when she would finally come to see us. Getting refills, orders, sauces, napkins oranything really was near impossible but our order was correct.... The food however was good and tasty. Steak cooked perfectlyand a burrito big enough for anyone! Any issues were handled wonderfully.
