Went between lunch and dinner. If salad and bread sticks are advertised as they are I would expect those items to be perfect... every time, any time. Peak freshness is what they should serve if serving everyone but I guess it's only free because it's allexpired and nearly ready for the trash. That was my first and last time at Olive Garden. The hosts were struggling and messed up our party (we were 6 but they listed it as 2) so we had to wait longer for seating.... However, our waitress was fantastic. She brought me another diet coke and realized she forgot the lemon, so she immediately gotme some lemon without me saying a word. So hard to give 5 stars all the way across but wow what can I say. Went in with my family and everyone was super friendly. They... were patient with our big group and when my food came out the steak was not cooked to my standards but the waitress camesuggested that I return it for what I want and I am afraid to upset the cook but they highly suggested that I do it I turnedthat down, the manager came over and was supper friendly his name was Greg and he heard my steak wasn't up to par and asked ifhe could take it back and make it right. The amount of attentment they took to make one customer happier was above anyrestaurant I have ever been to. All the staff was supper friendly, as we walked out they all say bye and have a great day, hopeyou see you again and even when we were outside one walking in said the same.... Came in to try and get a seat. They only have like 4 seats inside. Very small location. They were not utilizing their outdoor... space to make more seats for folks. Wanted a quick bite from the 2 hour drive. Was told the wait was 30 minutes. Unfortunatelydidn't have time to wait around. Please utilize your outdoor space. Was a very nice day out too. Read more

Staff nice. Was busy so waited a bit. The portions were small for the price. Pasta is cheap, at least give more of that if not... going to give a big piece of chicken . Taste was okay. Its equivalent to an Italian fast food place. Read more

The overall experience was good and we are super understanding to these things. They were really busy and they were short... handed. Our server was a young man who had so many tables. He was trying hard to keep up but he did a great job. Unfortunatelyour food came out at the same time as our salad and appetizers. That was when our server noticed the kitchen made a plate wrongso he brought it right back. It only took 2 minutes to get a remake as apposed to the original 25 minute wait for food. (Again,super understanding and appreciative to the young server and staff). We also ordered more food to-go and those were brought tous very quickly. Although, we had to ask for a bag for these to-go items. So overall, it was a good time and good food, greatstaff, even while short staffed. Read more
