I understand the concept of the restaurant business because I work in it!! But don't tell me you don't have any coffee ... especially when I see a box of coffee an the bags on your shelf. Just because you cleaned the machine an or station all readydoesn't mean you can't serve what the customer wants. An why is it shut down an cleaned a half an hour before you close? I wouldunderstand if I came in 2 minutes before close but there no excuse!! Very unprofessional. An these guys get $14 - $15 an hour anthere bicthing bout making a cup of coffee?? Read more
Pleasant drive thru experience. Order was correct and wait time was fine. The quality was, well, McDonald's quality.
You heard it here folks!! Fantastic service! Fries were hot and fresh! The retro building brought back memories as well.
This particular Manchester Mickey D's was exactly what we needed. On a road trip, we took the drive-thru, which was absolutely... packed with people. While the wait was longer than expected by a ways, it was deeply worthwhile - the food (2 Deluxe burgermeals) was all fresh, hot, and delicious, not to mention satisfying. My spouse gleefully recalled that the fries tasted exactlyhow they remembered. They even found that, upon reaching into the bag, the fragrant pickles' scent emerged, which added to theexperience. Also good to mention that the Play Place out front looked utterly abandoned in the dark evening light, so we had funswapping made-up horror stories centering around it while waiting in the drive-thru. Their app is fantastic! I believe it's rated as one of the best fast food apps out there for their points system/freebies. ... Order online & pay. When you pull up to the drive thru they know you've arrived, usually also your order number. While you driveup they put together order fresh. I've gone here for years and very seldom have I had an issue. Very friendly staff. Read more
Ordered a Big Mac. And what happened to the sesame seeds. There must?ve been a ghost that took them. And also a penny pincher... for there sesame seeds. There?s not a lot and can count them all in 10 seconds but all the food tasted fine. Read more
Inside looks okay, bathroom in decent shape though they need to check the toilet paper dispenser more frequently. Service was... okay. Only ordered fries, which my daughter devoured.
