The worst fast food experience ever! Ordered food on the app. Got there at 9:15pm. Doors were locked but people inside. Went to... drive thru and was told no food, they were closing at 9:30. (Their posted closing time is 10pm) I said it's 9:15! He said nofood and the kitchen is closed and then closed the window and walked away. I paid for the food that I did not get on the app. Read more
My chicken sandwich bag was thrown at us from the window, and it was so cold was practically frozen but my fries were hotter... then magma! This was my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich not anymore I'll tell you that. Plus they never have anythingyou want!! Read more
Ordered $30 of food, only got half of it. By the time I realized it, it wasn't worth going back. Spicy chicken mac bowl had ... 1/4" of oil at the bottom, the fries (mind you I only got half of them) were 73° when I probed them, legitimately roomtemperature. I drove home with the bag closed up. Cashier was rude and dismissive. This is my first time here and definitely mylast, I should have taken the hint when I was the only customer there, including the drive through. Read more
Although this location is supposedly open until 10 pm they seemingly never have very many items available after 8 pm. I work... nights so my dinner time is later than most. I was there tonight at 8 and was told they had no chicken or even sandwichesavailable and was told to NOT come there that time of night (8 pm) if I wanted anything but dried out garbage. Not the firsttime this has happened but it will be the last as I won?t be going back there no matter what time of day. Placed an online order at home. Went to the restaurant and followed instructions from website to pick it up. Tried to go to the... pick up stand and the doors were locked with no signs. Went to Drive thru and told them I was picking up an online order. Theytold me all online orders have been refunded because they shut off mobile orders. I informed them that their online ordering wasstill in fact on, checked my account, and certainly the 30$ was in fact deducted. They then informed me the ordering was stillon , but they weren't making them because there was three people in the store. I told them I understood and would just like arefund. A belligerent employee came over the speaker screaming I wasn't getting a refund or food and that I needed to leave orshe's calling the cops. I informed her she could and they would hopefully convince her to give me my goods or return the moneythey took. She then over her headset was broadcastING the police call. I left the store raging and From the looks of there arealot of mistreated customers by the hands of your star employees. Way to ruin KFC for me.
