All the people who work here are super nice and know what they're doing, my drink usually always turns out perfect and so does... my food! If somethings wrong wrong with it they're willing to fix it and are super nice about it. I was also told that thisstore is the one they train new people at, so that explains why it can be a little slow on busier days, but oher than that thisis a good Dunkins!! Read more

Ordered a simple ice coffee and a cup of water. Water was fine, plenty cold but it took a while and there was no people in line.... The coffee wasn?t mixed well and the syrup for the flavor filled the entire. Read more
i feel sick to my stomach after ordering from here. I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and they put so much cream... cheese on it wasn?t even edible anymore it made me feel extremely nauseous. The girl working there clearly had no idea what shewas doing as I asked for one glazed doughnut and she ended up giving me a cinnamon doughnut and I didn?t realize till after Igot home. very annoyed. Hilarious from my point of view. Staff, Becka, brags about making people's coffee wrong. She asks when our employees go over to... buy coffees for the crew, who the coffees are for so she can make them wrong purposefully for the people she doesn't like fromour store. Shameful! I would never do this to my customers. Ever. Read more
I work at the mall and I get coffee here quite frequently. The employees are excellent at their jobs and they are wonderful... people, especially Beck. Always a lovely experience. Highly recommend coming here if you are a kind person who likes kind people(and Dunkin). Read more
A bit slow but it?s understandable since the mall is super full and some of them seem a bit new. I get a drink almost ever time... I have a break at work and the employees are super nice. Near the end of the day they don?t have cold brew but that?s okay.Person with the hisoka mask is dope af so is the redhead and the person with pink or blue hair I forgot. They always give mesome kind of complement on my suit or nails so definitely go there when you?re feeling down cause if the caffeine doesn?t hypeyou up they definitely will. Read more
