I only stopped by for coffee that I ordered online. It wasn't ready but the wait was short. The app says that walk in was open,... but, the lobby closes at 10 PM. One of the few Dunkin's that's open 24 hrs, until the help quits. Read more
Got my order correct and line moved quickly. Drive-thru line is very quirky though.
Iced late's were made perfect. Its hard to find consistent premium drinks like the french vanilla iced late' with whole milk,... whip cream and caramel drizzle. Some other Dunkins i swear they're incompetent but this place, all staff are well trained inthe art of making things right. I definitely recommend stopping by. Read more
I stood in an empty lobby waiting for almost 3mins before finding an employee and asking if I needed to use drive through to... place an order. He was rude in general, and the other employee doesn't the entire time arguing on her cell phone, loud enough tobe heard on the other side of the store. I'll be avoiding this Dunks Read more
I don?t normally like to leave bad reviews, but I think I must share this one. Went in the other day to get a cup off coffee.... The girl with green hair and piercings who took my order was very short with me and I understand working all day can beexhausting, but at least TRY to be nice to customers. Coffee wasn?t even hot, and my hash browns were cold as well. Disappointedbut looking hopeful for the future that it?ll get better. Read more
Not sure what's up with the coffee at ALL Dunkin Donuts these days, they're all burnt tasting and horrible. The woman that... waited on us was rude and oblivious to any kindness shown to her. I asked a few questions and she straight up ignored me, mydaughter (who does not work there, answered my questions while this woman just stayed pickled face and quiet. Read more
Fantastic dunks. The staff is always so nice, they never mess up and always serve with h a smile. The staff is typically a... lively happy bunch and Jess the manager is so nice to the crew and customers. Ashleigh, Noah, Willow, Christian to be a few ofthe employees are awesome! After reading reviews, I see the newest one under me (Dana) was talking about lines being horrible.Please notice it is Christmas and while she is off these kids are busting butt in there and there are lines...it's Christmas!
