Gone to them numerous times cause of how close they are to home, they can?t make the most simple of drinks (strawberry... dragonfruit refresher). They add 90% green tea and the rest flavor concentrate, they can?t make drinks good so I?d do my best tostay away from them. They?re donuts don?t even taste the same all the time either. Poor customer service skills at the window aswell. Overall 2/10 for their effort. Read more
It's a pretty good Dunkin. Very busy but they keep the lines moving fast. Only major complaint is it seems like they don't wipe... down the tables very often, as most of the times I go there they are covered in crumbs and there's gum under the tables. Read more

This Dunkin?s is usually spot on I?ve been going to this location only for years now, but my last few visits were rather... disappointing solely for the lack of care on two different cashiers parts. One of which when packaging donuts, a ready to eatitem, doesn?t wear gloves, inadequately uses the parchment paper in some cases leaving actual fingerprints in the frosting andon multiple occasions used the back of his bare finger to push them in place once in the box which is pretty gross but also anfda violation if I?m not mistaken. The other individual when inquired if a particular donut was still available immediately saidno, only for me to then turn and while waiting for my coffee see an entirely full tray of said donut, to which I went back intoline and placed an additional order at a higher cost due to his blatant lack of care to look ten feet to his right. I understandwhen customer volume is a factor sometimes these things happen but there was quite literally no one behind me at the time inline that is what made this particular scenario frustrating as it was just a simple display of laziness/ lack of customerservice. No apology when I went back around to order them either. Other than that beautiful facility, the manager is proficientand coffee is always spot on. Read more
Very unprofessional people had a interview for management position and when I tried to reapply I had a interview and the... district manager from prior decided to stop my interview with another district manager lied about certain things and wasted mytime and gas and funny thing was it was not even her interview. I highly do not recommend them for a work place nor a place toget your coffee. They desperately are hiring yet can?t hire. Read more
Dunkin' donuts has pretty good coffee but they are too expensive now for some of their stuff. I can go to Cumberland farms and... get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee for $4.50, or I can go to Dunkin' donuts and pay eight or nine or even 10 depending on thecoffee. And they seldom make it right. I get the same coffee every time you get it taste different every time because everybodymakes them differently. So they're not consistent but hey, they are every place :-). In the coffee is pretty good. Read more

Walked here at 8:35 on 12/2/22 and the door was locked. I asked the 15 people standing outside with their cars running if the... place was closed, and they said only the drive thru was open. I walked back home, got in my car, and arrived back here at about8:43. A couple of other cars were behind me in line. The drive thru was dark so I went to the window. One of the people insideopened the window and looked at me like I was a madman. He informed me they were closed - 8:43 seemed like a strange time toclose, but then again when all your friends are outside waiting for you then I guess that changes your priorities. I worked fora restaurant years ago and if we had ever closed down a single minute before closing it would have cost us our jobs. Read more
