I placed my order through the Dunkins app, and then went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Drive thru was empty, and the gas... station parking lot had 1 car at the pumps. The older woman at the window seemed put out and annoyed as she handed me my order.When I said that I'd also ordered a latte', she looked around confused, and then asked to see my receipt which said med hotlatte with 3 shots pumpkin right at the top. She took my receipt then came back a few minutes later and rolled her eyes as shehanded it to me, not apologizing once for her mistake. It didn't have the flavor shot in it, the hashbrowns I ordered were coldand stale, and the sandwich was a mess. I will definitely NOT go back to that Dunkins. Just FYI...If you clearly hate your jobthat much, there are plenty of other places looking for help. Read more

Long wait, ran out of bags at drive thru and didn't provide any napkins.

I?ve gone back-and-forth to this location at the gas station and the one further down South Willow. And it seems every time that... I come to the gas station location they?re always out of stock on items, yet the other one is not. Not sure what?s going on withthe ordering process but it?s really annoying to have to order three different things and being told that they?re all out. Read more

I'm actually shocked by the low rating. I enjoy coming here. It's a large Dunks that always looks very nice and clean. I've... walked in there plenty times and there's a huge line and they get it down quickly. Plus I've never had an order wrong here.There are usually some old folks playing chess in there which always seems nice. The parking lot can be a bit hectic in themorning but what Dunkin Donuts isn't? Overall, I'll always come here. Read more

As far as Dunkin donuts guess, this was a good one. There people behind the counter were very friendly and my coffee was yummy.... I get decaf all the time and at some places it can taste old, but that was not the case here. It was also clean and it wasfairly easy to park. Read more

This dunkins is near my work and I have an awful experience everytime I go there. There is this one older woman and she can't... get my order right even if her life depended on it. They will cash me out on my card then tell me they don't have what theycashed me out for. They always get my coffee wrong and they always forget something if I get a breakfast sandwich. What is wrongwith them... I'm not someone to normally write reviews but they are rude and have horrible customer service skills. A couple of the employees are fantastic and i enjoy seeing them every morning and talking to them. But the store is constantly... putting new people up front and its rare that the new people get my order correct. Thankfully those two i mentioned before, seeme and know the order is wrong and correct it. They are the only reason I still go there. Read more
