Very disappointed in the service at the location. Usually it?s not bad but on a Sunday, line wrapped around the building which... is understandable but to place an order using their app AND not checking to make sure to have all the items in the bag beforehanding the online order? that?s just not cool. Also using the app, and trying to navigate to find where to complain.. there isnot a place to complain. If you are going to order, go in person and don?t use the app. Plus make sure you have everythingbefore. Very disappointed in the service today. Read more

Not impressed! The kid in drive thru was chewing bubble gum and couldn't be bothered to stretch his arm out to hand me my card... back.. the second window in drive thru was filthy. I imagine the store inside is the same way.. do better franchisees! It's nota 5 star restaurant but atleast be proud of your restaurant! Read more

This used to be a great place to go.. not anymore. Ordered from a kiosk, got my table top number, and waited. Some jerk called... the table top number out, I didn't hear it. Went to counter and waited, after no one brought my food to me. Finally, said jerkasked what I was waiting for.. showed him my receipt, and he pointed to my order on the counter and exclaimed "It's rightthere!" This is customer service? Took 20 minutes for me to get my food and it was cold. The kid at the drive through reached in my bag and ate my fries and when... handing it to me said nothing at all. This is on 7/30 around 5:15 pm. Everyone that works here should be fired. Read more

By far the worst experience ever at this mcd. They are rude especially the manager ?Janaya?. Not a single car in the drive thru... had a lunch behind my car. Told me to wait twice I was on the phone while waiting. My phone call was at 19 min and 34 secondsbefore this rude manager took orders of two cars AFTER i waited this long. I asked yet again if my order would be taken and thismanager LAUGHED and said ?I told you to wait?. I pulled up and asked for a manager ? it was her. She said ?Ha it?s only me?. Soobviously nothing will be done about this and it?s a shame they promote horrible individuals such as her to management. Won?t beback and neither will anyone from my business that goes there regularly. Good job McDonald?s. Please keep promoting the?Janayas? of the world. Complete joke. Read more

I ordered a double fish filet with a small fry and a large sweet tea. My total around $9.58. I get to my destination and what do... I get, a single fish filet. I even asked the cashier was it a double and he said yes. Fast food workers think they deserve$15.00 per hour but can?t follow simple instructions on a screen to how to make a sandwich. Read more

I want to preface this by saying I work in the fast food industry so I?m not making this review from a blind spot. I come to... this McDonalds quite a bit and literally never have a good experience. Like ever. Tonight I sat at the speaker for about fiveminutes before deciding to drive off, and saw a worker closing the store?a full 45 minutes before the store even closes. Timesare hard right now, I get it. But the professional thing would?ve been to either let me know over the speaker that you wereclosed, or at least put a sign up or something. But to blatantly ignore me was just rude. Read more
