We ordered chili and i got my self a jr cheese burger deluxe and i dont know if the person at the window that gave us our food... was new but he gave us them toll house crackers u cant eat that with chili...i whould have went back through the drive thru buti didnt so next time it happens i will.but all in all the service was good... Stopped in on Tu evening(01/18). Over 30 minutes in drive thru, dining room was closed. Ordered a no. 1, single with cheese... only. When I got home, the food was cold, no heat at all. The hamburger was old and dry, the cheese didn't even melt. There wasno heat to the french fries. I'm done, no more of my business. This isn't the first issue I've had with them, but this is mylast. Grabbed a quick dinner, couldn?t see most of the menu, lights needed replaced in the drive thru. Ordered a vanilla frosty, got a... chocolate instead, hamburger was old and dry. French fries could have been filled a little more and made fresher. Customerservice was good and fast. Read more
I ordered a ?Four for four? Jr. bacon cheeseburger meal. I had to wait ten minutes just to move one car length to the speaker.... The speaker is grossly distorted making it hard to order. Others left the line behind me because of the wait. I had another waitfor someone to take my payment. The parking lot is dirty. However, the employees were nice and the food was tasty. Read more
I will never eat at this location again! The entire order was messed up. The whole order. We paid 26 dollars and no receipt!!... Got all the way home and it?s all wrong. Things we didn?t even order.. worst workers with the worst customer service I?ve everexperienced. Called to get it fixed and just rude manager wanted a receipt yet we was not giving 1!
