Love the fruit smoothies however, I ordered online me I get to the pick up spot on site and a lady comes out and informs me that... the drink I ordered, mocha frappe, machine was tore up and they'd take my name and number and call me when the machine was fixedhowever, that day hasn't come. So a week later I go by and check to see if the machine is fixed. It has. I was so greatful tohave already paid for but now they tell me that they can't find my name and number and practically called me a liar. This placewas so rude and very offensive. If I could give a negative star review it would be a -10 star. This place is the NASTIEST PLACE ON EARTH! If you enjoy 9... employees laying around on the benches, cussing, watching videos on their phones, hair in your food and BLOODY RAW MEAT ,thenyou are in the right place. The boy on the front line had the nerve to look at me and tell me it wasn't hair but that it was a"twig" in my food. So I ask, "Why is there a twig in my food then?" Stopped in to just get a coffee and carmel frappe was given the coffee and a mocha frappe. Went to use the restroom and found... the toilets were clogged. Either it was a very bad day or no one there really cared. Would not recommend Read more
Very fast & the food was fresh & it has been everytime that I've been there for any meal.
First they only would give me 1 sweet and sour sauce for a 20 piece nugget and when asked for another she wanted to charge me so... I guess they think a 4 piece and 20 requires the same sauce. You need to check your order before leaving the drive thru. And even when you ask for fresh hot fries it NEVER happens. I don't... eat there anymore I will drive to the other one in town because staff is friendly and order is usually correct. It's a shamesince I literally drive past this one taking my grandson to and from school. Read more
