Stopped by here Saturday at 5:55 p.m. to grab a pizza. Sign said "open". Employee was inside. Door was locked. Employee waved us... off...at 6 p.m...on a Saturday! Both employees walked out of restaurant with their own sandwiches a few minutes later!Inconsistently accept orders on app. Read more
My husband and I came in tonight for dinner. We do not eat here much but when we do service is great. Tonight, service was... terrible. They had a friend in there talking. Yet, we do not get a welcome in the door. My husband ordered a pizza. The younglady put all his topping in the center of his piza and did not cut it well. We cut it when we got home. I ordered a Baja steaksandwich and I was not pleased with the way my sandwich was just thrown together. I instantly told my husband I do not want thesandwich and he could have it. He was not pleased with it either. It was sloppy and more veggies and condiments with littlesteak. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered. Very disappointing. Read more
I stopped in last night to get my husband a sandwich for dinner. One of the employees had several friends in the store with her... while she was working. They were being very loud and speaking inappropriately, to say the least. She was so busy entertainingher friends that she wasn't paying attention to what I was telling her. The bacon wasn't cooked properly on the sandwich becauseshe put cheese on top of it before she put it in the toaster. So we just went in this location and the girl working making sandwiches had a mask on her chin and asking what people wanted on... their sandwhich. While I was looking forward to having a sandwich. I was immediately freaked out by the lack of care takenduring a pandemic that is directly spread through droplets coming from a person's mouth who has to ask each customer questionsover the food she is preparing.
