Worst experience at a fast food place I've ever had. Waited inside more than 40 minutes for my food all while the drive thru... received service at a much faster wait. In fact I watched a gentleman who came in actually leave and go through the drive thru,order his food and leave all while I still waited. Watched many people come in after me and receive their food first. The ideaof first come first serve is dead in 2022 with the invention of app ordering. This is a flawed system that really should beremedied to stop rewarding people who put forth less effort. For those wait times I should've visited an actual restaurant andnot this. I won't be back. Ordered from this Taco Bell at 12:15. I got my food and it was cold not even remotely warm. Then they forgot to add two items... that were paid for. Service is lack luster as well, good workers just poor work ethic. Read more
Too busy to take your order. Do not bother visiting this taco bell if you want a decent dining experience. Waited 5-10 minutes... just to be told by an employee that I had to use the kiosk in order to place my order. I immediately left and went to the tacobell in Buckland Hills Mall where they were very happy to take my order and serve me in a timely manner. Read more
It was rough. The staff seemed over worked, someone even had their childern sitting in the dinning room while they worked. How... do I know? The kids called for her, and they even went behind the counter where the food was being prepared. Overworked. Thefood was correct and I double checked it before we left, unlike the order before us that was wrong. Needless to say not goingback to that location. Read more
It was a nice experience here in this location. We tried some Veggie delicacies and it was really good and tasty. We ate the... Beans Burritos and it was too good. Definitely we would visit again and hopefully they maintain the same taste for ever. Alsothe crunchy Tacos were good and yummy. Read more

40 min to get food. Half of the order was missing. Staff is visibly upset and struggling, this place has been understaffed for... MONTHS. They do not have proper heating inside. Corporate needs to do better for their employees, I would?ve quit on my firstday if I had to work there. 3 people working and a drive thru line around the building.
