Just purchased a footlong and once I began eating it , noticed hair was wrapped up all through it. Disgusted !!

Went into the store not too long after the new menu change, three prices 6" ,foot long and super? I just wanted the $7.95 not... the super $10.95. I ordered the right $7.95 foot long but they insisted on charging the higher price. Is this the new way forsubway to make money? If so I'm out! Read more
A new middle aged employee has been running this store for a few months now. He will take forever to make your sandwich, and... not listen to you while he does it. There were four people in front of me in line, and it took a half an hour to get my food. Five people behind me in line left before he got to me. If he is ever working alone, I will not wait in line. Bad customer service. Avoid. I arrived there around 2 pm and employees were outside in front of the restaurant, smoking a... cigarette. When they saw me opening the door I got a mean look from on of them, like "you are disturbing us". No greeting, just"what can I get for you?" In a tone like she was annoyed by my presence. Never coming back here even though it's convenient Irather drive across town to the one on Deming St where employees are friendly and don't make you feel bad for walking into therestaurant. Read more
