Service was ok and fried chicken sometimes was refried and they were too hard to bite on
Okay 1.)the order was wrong asked for 2 Mac and cheese not one. And no pickles with my meal.2.) The biscuits are burnt. 3.)... NASHVILLE TENDERS are supposed to be spicy not burnt and sauce just thrown in. 4.) Fries saugy. 5.) The person ordering was moreconcerned about the size of the order and had a negative attitude whereas I was polite and said please and thank you. I work 2jobs and days can be rough but if you that stressed my friend tap out and ask for help from your manager. 50 plus bucks andquality of service was poor. 1 star because The mountain dew was decent. Definitely understaffed. Food was fairly cold and they forgot one of my sides cause they had so little help. Seltzer comes out... of the fountain drink machine when you press water. Read more
Good food. Management could improve on customer service; cashiers have great customer relations skills.
FYI- arrived around 20 minutes prior to closing and was informed that had no chicken left, only sides. However the drive thru... lady was very kind. Read more
I loved it but chicken should have the option to be spicy aswell not just plain... Needs more crisp in the chicken also to soggy... but the flavors great and. The fries were the best, biscuits were better then Popeyes, great stuff! Read more
I ordered a box with 2 sides. I asked for mashed potatoes and coleslaw in the drive thru. At the window I asked if they put... mashed potatoes in she said yes, I drove up because someone was behind me.
