Indigo Indian Bistro is incredible. My girlfriend and I picked up a dinner order from them the other night and the food was... unreal. She had tandoori chicken and I had a lamb saag-- the meat was flavorful, tender, and the portions were perfect. I lovesaag (and other "curries") so much, and I'm often disappointed that many restaurants don't provide enough for 2 or 3 servings,but Indigo gave me a veritable boatload. We also got their chili naan and both the chicken and vegetable samosas-- they were thebest samosas I've ever had. I have a few favorite places for Indian cuisine, but I think Indigo has rightfully won its way tothe top spot. Read more

Oh my God. Just starting this review, I'm struggling to concentrate while thinking about how good the food is. Every time I walk... in the amazing smell just smacks you in the nostrils and gets you more excited about eating. They have a hot bar that changesevery day (with the exception of the chicken Tikka Masala which is always there) so it's ready to serve quickly. They also havea menu you can order from with a bunch of other stuff on it. Awesome lunch special you can get with the option of biryani orbasmati rice, which is large portions AND affordable. They have vegetarian options too. I usually stay away from vegetarianoptions because I love meat so much, but I get them here because they are AMAZING. I have been working in the area and there isa lot of good food around, but I'm pretty sure both me and my coworker have decided we're not going to go anywhere else.Honestly. Everything I have had from here so far has not just been good its been DELICIOUS. When me and my coworker eat the foodwe don't even have regular conversation, we just talk about how good the food is. So we were looking for Indian food..our spot that delivers. Didn't have gluten and dairy free options.. So I found this place on... Yelp. My sister was impressed on the easy to use menu. With easy to read guild on spice, dairy free and gluten free.. So weended up ordering medium spice chicken curry. Which had more kicked than other places medium spice. But it wasn't bad.. Just agood heat to clear the sinuses lol.everything was package neat and kept warm. Chase was very unique and authentic a lot ofIndian restaurants I've learned use a thick cream well this place uses coconut milk. You can taste the difference. I highlyrecommend this place. Recently got a recommendation to try this place. Kind of hidden in a big plaza but the place turned out to be incredible. Very... clean and orderly and the food was amazing.
