My table waited at least an hour and 45 minutes, probably more like 2 hours, to get some of our food after we ordered. We never... received all of it. I saw a table who ordered after us received multiple courses before anybody said anything to us. Afterwaiting 2 hours for cold French fries, I was then informed that we wouldn?t be receiving my chicken tenders. A normalrestaurant would have been apologizing to us and at least offering to comp some of our bill. We were informed that corporatepolicy demands that we pay for any item we received, no matter how long or cold it was when it arrived. The manager tried toexcuse it because they interviewed 15 different people to work in the kitchen and couldn?t find anybody to work. Our server wasstretched incredibly too far, but did an admirable job. Our drinks came from the bar in a timely manner and were good. Whatfood did come out of the kitchen seemed fine; I don?t know how much longer my fries would?ve sat there if I hadn?t complained. Christopher Titus was killing it on stage whenever I wasn?t distracted with trying to get any food. Management needs to figureitself out if it ever wants anybody to come back to the club. I will never recommend this place to anybody, and even try totalk them out of going. Just saw Chris Titus tonight. My husband and I finally got out of work early for a night out. (We hadn?t had date night in 2... months) so I was beyond excited. We were sat while the rest of the guests at the table ordered food and drinks. (Our waitressleft before we sat down) We waited another 30 minutes before our waitress even acknowledge us while the other guests at ourtable didn?t even receive their drinks yet. Finally ordered our drinks and food in one shot. Got our drinks 45 minutes laterwith only one ice cube in my captain and coke. Other guests we?re still waiting for food and drinks. Another 30 minutes go by nofood. Finally our waitress comes over and says our food will be out shortly, the tenders are taking longer than expected. Wefinally received our fries with no tenders in sight. Waitress comes by again to check on us and I simply say we still have notreceived our tenders. Her response was ?oh yeah we?re out of these, want something else?? No I don?t want anything else it tookan hour and a half for cold fires. Plus they tack on automatic 18% gratuity. Totally fun. Always great acts. Had some hecklers that wouldn't shut up. Comedians really laid into them but the jerks didn't... get it. The folks were finally asked to leave. Service is always top notch. It's not health food but it is well prepared andcomes quickly. Read more

Had such a great ladies night at the comedy show. The Rubber Chicken drink was really good and the General TSO wings were... perfectly crispy and drenched in sauce. The chicken quesadillas were really good as well. Read more

GREAT time!!!!!! Not a big fan of the nachos. I love that we got our own table! We were at a table of 4. It would of been a... tight fit especially if you want to dine! We saw a great show! Funny Bone in Hartford ; Comedy club unexpectedly located within a mall. Box office on exterior, though ticketing online is... preferable. The downside is that you need to save your virtual ticket on your smartphone, yet signs say that you cannot use yoursmartphone in the club (even though you need it to scan a QR code for the menu). The bathroom is clean, and there are speakersso that you do not miss the show?s audio when in the can. The tables are cramped, but the comedy is of decent quality. The foodprices are fair though selection is limited, and no draft beers, only bottled?. Read more

Limited menu but the food is decent and fairly priced. Beer in bottles not draft. Seating around stage cramped. Clean bathroom.... There is a box office on the exterior, or one can purchase tickets online beforehand. Signs tell customers that no smartphonesmay be used as cameras during the show, yet accessing the menu requires a smartphone to use its camera. Staff friendly. Comedyhot or miss, as comedy is. Nice setup but come for the laughs not for the food, pricey and food does not match the price. The chicken tenders were burnt on... the outside and barely cooked on the inside. The chicken quesadilla was pretty decent. I ordered an alcoholic beverage and tothe contrary there was no alcoholic in it they advice me to order a double shot, more syrup and artificial liqueurs thannatural Fruit. The show hasn?t started yet and it?s 45 min past 7 hence the reason I have time to write this review. Hopefullythey improve for the near future. Read more
