I constantly have service problems coming to this Dunkin' donuts. They are always having side conversations with other people... while people who have ordered food are waiting. Today for example I ordered a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese and four peoplegot their order before mine and mind you they had food as well. I get very tired of going to this simply minded people here whogive an attitude like I dont have a reason to be frustrated. I always go to D&D and get an iced matcha latte and never ever have I gone to one that actually stirred it until today! It was... stirred so well there was even froth at the top like traditional matcha. I am so pleased my drink was adequately stirred with nopowder left on the bottom I just had to come and give a shout out to the staff. Thanks so much you guys! The simplest thing mademy day! Most unreliable Dunkin I have ever been to. In 4 different attempts to get a simple bacon, egg, and cheese the last 2 months. 1.... ?The oven is down? 2. The drive thru is closed off. 3. ?Our computer is down?. 4. (Today) - ?I have no gloves and can?t makeyour sandwich?. Like - SERIOUSLY?! I wish this all happened on the same day. Terrible experience, I was at the speaker trying to order and had to check to see what the last coffee I need was, all fine and... dandy until I drove away and heard the girl on the speaker say ?she did f?ing unorganized?. I?m usually not too much of astickler on this but having worked at dunkin for over a year I know that it?s not too hard to turn off a speaker. On top ofthat, I paid for a coffee I was not handed and had to repay for the same coffee just trying to get out of there. I offered to goin to make their lives easier but they declined which is fine.
