Went there today for breakfest. there was no line when we walked in. there was 3 empty tables. and 4 seats at the bar. waited at... the door for like 3 to 5 minutes no one said a word. even though she was at the front counter. then went to sit. and then wewere told we needed to put our name on a wait list. in a rude tone. so I walked up to the counter and waited again for like 3 miminutes before she asked if she could help. I said I would to put my name on a list. She then put a pad on paper and a pen forme to right my own name and number down. And never got a text or a call to let me know table was. We used to love this place over the years, but has gone downhill with quality and standards. Also, we were clearly forgotten, as... the restaurant was not even busy and waited almost 30 minutes for our orders to be taken as the waitress was sitting thereeating behind the bar. Used to love the family atmosphere of this place, hopefully it gets better before it gets worse. Read more

Nice place in a good location in Manchester. There is limited outdoor which was perfect for the day we went! Not many places... serve grits in New England and Central Perk served warm and homey Farmer's Grits! Read more

Don't sit outside unless you want to be forgotten, or you have nothing else planned, and or your not starving. I asked them how... long is the wait would be for food twice and didn't get much of an answer. I sat outside because there was a wait time to sitinside. After waiting a few minutes I got a menu then shortly after that got to order. I told the person I was in a rush will ittake long, they said no. I waited 15 minutes and was told it would be a few more minutes. then at 20 minutes i asked for an eta,I was told it was going to be another 10 -15 minutes. At that point I decided to leave because it shouldn't take 35-40 minutesfor food unless they forgot about me. I'm so irritated and hungry ???? Read more

The food here is always great and the service is quick. The waitresses do a great job attending to their customers and you never... have to wait long to be served. If you visit, I recommend the Farmers grits and any of their Florentine egg dishes. Also, theyallow dogs to sit with their owners outside and the wait staff loves animals. Read more

The name kind of attracted me to this place. Its a small business run by women but they are understaffed. This is exclusively... a Breakfast place. Ok we did takeout and for both the omelette we choose our protein to be chicken. The chicken was sooo dry.The omelete was good but the chicken being dry just ruined it. The fries and toast were like usual good. Even the coffee wasnice. But the chicken kind of ruined the overall experience! Read more

Cozy Cafe. Very friendly staff and prompt. She also did the timely follow-up which is hard to find these days. The Cajun... Omelette had the just right amount of spiciness. The guacamole and salsa are both very good. The sourdough bread, which ishard to come by was very good also. Great tasting quality coffee. Even though it was busy, the kitchen cranked out mealsefficiently. The warm ambiance adds a lot of value to the experience. 2 hour street parking is more than enough. Read more
