Absolutely love the new restaurant! Staff where very friendly and the people who direct the traffic where also very welcoming... despite it being very chaotic. It goes to show that they have great patients. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries andnuggets with an Oreo shake. The shake was very good and for such a good price! Sandwich and fries where also very nice. My onlycomplaint would be bigger quantity sizes for sides but it?s not a deal breaker it would just be very nice if they had it!Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone in the area! 1st time visit. Still busy since recently opened. Drive thru was wrapped around store and inside was pretty full as well. Seems... they have a pretty efficient ordering process tho as the line moved quick inside. Ordered Jr burger, fries, hush puppies.Everything was fresh and hot. The burger def tasted like from a cookout.. i was pleasantly surprised. The hush puppies werecrispy and flavorful .. had a slight sweetness and onion flavor. Really good. The fries were tasty as well but a little soft...wish they were a little more firm and crispy. But all in all good stuff. Read more
Place was steady banging all day long with a double line wrapped around the building. Last picture is at 1AM and place was still... packed. Burger was delicious. Was concerned when I saw how thin the patty?s were, but it was perfect. Tomato for .10 tho? Hushpuppies were yummy, crispy with a good onion taste to them. Onion rings were nothing special. Good but meh. Oreo shake wasexcellent. Cashier was very friendly in spite of the craziness. Traffic control and the manager were also very friendly. SOexcited it?s finally open!! Four star rating tho until the sides increase in quantity. Very sparse. Overall a great experience. Read more
I haven?t been yet but I?m already gonna give 5 stars just cos they are the first cookout in Nova! I used to go to school where... we had two cookout nearby and it would usually be the only place open late and so cheap! Highly recommend the white cheddarcheese bites and Cajun fries! Ranch chicken wrap reminds me of the McDonald?s wrap but BETTER! it?s fast food so lower yourexpectations and be kind to the workers!! Read more
As much as I wanted this to be what I remember from down south it was the most disappointing visit ever. I guess you could... chalk it up to opening night but that's when everything should be perfect. 45 minutes in the drive thru (which I will say wasvery organized) only to get home and find soggy fries and a burger with pickles, tomatoes and onions despite me clarifyingmultiple times I did not want any of the above on my burger. Unless you're desperate for Cook Out I suggest avoiding thislocation and head down 95 South for a better spot Read more
Someone was so excited cookout finally opened that they missed the turn! I can't say I blame them. Shakes! Fried cheese curds!... Quesadillas! Finally in NoVA!!! I've been plenty of times in Fredericksburg and RVA. Tried something new today. Cheesecake fudgeshake and jalapeno cheese fries. Those jalapenos are no joke. A bit spicy and so good! Read more
Finally!!!!!!!! I?m from South Carolina and gave up on burger eating here. Just got by double burger with chili (no beans for... filler) mustard onions and cheese with fries and white cheddar bites with big sweet tea. Crazy good and just $10! Hallelujah! Read more
This is the first Cook Out restaurant to open in Northern Virginia. There has been a lot of anticipation and buzz around the... open. When I arrived the Drive-through line was wrapped around the building. They sent an employee out to direct traffic and He was a hazard himself. Someone was just pulling out so I took that parking space and went inside to order. Bottom line I Was fairly disappointed. I got a hamburger and it was good but not great. My other party got a chicken sandwich and it wasthe same. The fries were good. Keeping this in context this is fast food and it compares favorably to other fast foodrestaurants.
