Absolutely horrible customer service, called in because they mixed in 10 Cajun corns with the separate order of plan corn... because I have stomach issues that would send me to the hospital. Life or death situation and I called in to ask why so and themanager lulu straight up told me that she didn't care if I went to the hospital or not. Do not trust her. Will never pay a dimehere again. So, that was my first experience with a Wingstop (I know, I know). To say the least, the service was excellent. When the cook... found out we were going to dine-in, he even brought us extra supplies to help us eat. Service ended up being five stars. Nowfor the food. We ordered a meal for two that included 15 wings, two sauces, and a large order of fries. We had Cajun and Atomicfor dips, and were hoping Atomic will blast fire up our a$$es. The sourness of the atomic dip, completely ruined the spicyhotness we were hoping for. The Cajun sauce wasn't bad. The fries were very old and appeared to be refried; I couldn't eatthem. We got 20 classic wings today. Very disappointed with the quality of the wings. We usually got boneless wings (aka tenders) from... this place and they were good (the second star is for that). The classic wings were really small and were of a poor quality.There was one wing I thought was a tip. But, it was a chicken wing and needless to say, it didn't count. Never buying bone-inchicken wings from here again and in general from here for a while. I guess if you want good chicken wings, cook them yourself.Also, they charge extra for ranch and it was good. I ordered online for a pickup order. When I added wings on it did not give me the option of having them cooked well done. So I... proceeded to call the store so my order would be correct. The line was busy for 30 minutes straight. Not to mention when Ipicked up my food, the large fries were 85% burnt. This was an unpleasant and annoying experience. I wouldn't call this a top notch wing place but it was good quality wings. The flavor was great but the wings seemed like soaked... up too much of the grease, it was dripping off as I bit into them, made me feel kinda gross, The fries were also cajun style,which was delicious. But they could've been fried a littttle more. They do have the mix-your-own coke machine. Even tho I'm nota soda fan, that's a plus. Friendly service. Wings were good, fries were soggy like the oil wasn't hot enough when the fries were cooked.
