Chicken has been undercooked for years and the order is wrong every time, you?re better off avoiding this Taco Bell location
Food is good but they don?t clean there drink nozzles. The Baja blast had a hint of mold to it
They allow Mobil ordering. You have to pick up inside. There?s several signs stating that. The doors are always locked and they... just stare at you but don?t open them. You can?t pick up your order. The drive through is always packed and super slow. Theservice has gone way down at this particular location. We?ve lived here 13 years and it?s just getting awful. Somehow this place misses tha fact that 760k+ folks in the USA have died from Covid-19. I pulled through the drivethrough... tonight to see the storeworkers wearing masks under their chins, exosing their nose and mouth. And a nother worker had the maskunder her nose, but not covering her nose. If the establishment does not want to take Covid-19 seriously, I seriously suggestto dine somewhere else. Also, I gave them my order and when I was handed my order the cashier said 'It is all in the box'. Somehow I was uneasy with the way she said that and was going to look inthe box, then she rudely said, again, "It is all in thebox.' And it was not! I had orderderd a Dorrito Taco Supreme, which was not in the box. I suggest that you 1. Find a placethat wears masks. 2. Make sure the workers are not rude or high on weed. 3. Check your purchase. Food and staff are ok but they need to be more consistent in getting the orders correct, they will forget items or forget to put... things in the item, like forgetting to put the chicken in a chicken soft taco. Read more
This place completely messed up my order. Absolutely trash. The taco pizza was missing most of the toppings, and there was a... long hair in the taco. The staff were rude. I threw everything away but the popcorn chicken from KFC. I'll be reporting this tocorperate. Do not eat here! Read more
The staff here has been extremely professional and courteous. I recently had a situation arise where another customer mistakenly... grabbed my order and ate one of my burritos. When his order was ready, he realized his mistake and apologized and gave me therest of the food. The manager quietly replaced my order and was careful not to denigrate or humiliate the other customer fortheir mistake. I was extremely pleased at how she handled it. That could have gone many different ways, but she delicately tookcare of the situation. It?s always really nice to see when a problem arises and the store resolves it professionally andpeacefully. On top of that good experience, I have found the staff at this Taco Bell to be friendly and quick. They?re goodpeople. Read more
