I normally do not complaint about restaurants. I always try to give people the benefit that they might be overwork or short... staff. However this place left me we not choice. This is the third time ( definitevely the last)that I got screw up. First timeI place my order over the phone and showed up and the person who took my order did not ring my order so they did not haveanything ready and told me at that moment they were out of chicken so It would be at least 45 minutes wait. Lady was rude andpretty much told me either I wait or I could co somewhere else. Second time: I asked for whole chicken and large yuca. Shecharge me for a small yuca instead and when I got my order and noticed it. I went back to her and she wanted me to pay foranother small yuca so the price was a dollar more then the large it self plus Tax. Eventhough she made the mistake did notacknoledge it. Third time and Last straw was I ordered two whole chicken and large yuca. Was at eleven in the morning when theyjust open they were not busy what so ever . When I got home I realized they gave me a whole chicken, large yuca and half chickenwith rice and salad instead of the other whole chicken. I live too far to go back for half of chicken plus if you call them theydo not care at all. I always try to support small local bussiness but super chicken is definitevely out of my menú. Read more
I decided to try this place out for the first time, after i ordered my food i took my plate out of the bag and opened it my... fries look like they have been half eatin, the chicken had no seasoning and was very dry the chicken was also uncooked the ricewas hard and looked like it have been scrapped of the bottom of the pot the fries were soggy and they only put around 5 piecesof fries into my plate they put someone else?s receipt into my plate the green sauce was gross. Got the HALF rack of ribs with the 6oz steak. It's literally 1 SINGLE rib with the smallest, thinnest, driest rib and steak. It... has no flavor or seasoning. The other super chicken in Sterling VA is 1000 times better. The line is always out the door too sothat must say something. The rice wasn't cooked right, the chicken I got was also really dry. I tried to give the left over ribto my cats and they didn't even want to ear it, and they eat everything. Read more
The worst service I've ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes for a single $16 rotisserie chicken while everyone in the entire... restaurant had their orders filled filled. When I asked about my order status, the lady said she had called my order 3 times,but I was sitting right in front of her, literally looking at he, and she never looked at me and never called out my ordernumber. HONEST STAR RATING.... 3.5 :-/ I bumped my stars to 4 since the price was very reasonable. Starting off with the GOOD: The... chicken was fantastic. It was well seasoned, moist and served piping hot. The plantains were crispy on the outside sweet andtender inside - Perfect in my opinion. The DISAPPOINTING: The yellow sauce tasted like mayonaise... Not at all what I am usedto in a Peruvian chicken restaurant. The green sauce was okay, but missing something. The rice was scorched and inedible. Ihope this was just an off-day if was full of dry chicken pieces and hard egg...UGH. OTHER STUFF: The restaurant is dated (Idon't care about that) but very clean. There was a revolving door of diners the entire 45 minutes I sat and ate. Clearly, thisis a popular place. We have been coming here for Peruvian chicken for several years now and it had become our go to. Other places can't compare.... This is a must try place if you are into Peruvian. Read more
The experience at this location was decent. The food is authentic and pretty good. Many of the sides on the menu were... unavailable and not in-stock during my visit. The chicken was good (rotisserie). The portion sizes were also good. The pricingwas higher than expected compared to the value. Read more
