This is the second time I have been to this Starbuck's location and I am very disappointed. Both times, I did not get the drink... I ordered. The first time I asked for a decaf pumpkin spice frappuccino (I have asthma and caffeine triggers it). What I got hadno coffee in it at all, whereas usually they would add decaf espresso. It basically tasted like a milkshake, which was not whatI wanted. Then this time I ordered a java chip frappuccino and it had no ice in it! I usually don't complain, but when you paythis much for a coffee, it should come as ordered. I'm annoyed. Read more
It is a huge Starbucks, nice chairs and great atmosphere. I love the small bookshelf at the corner.

The service that I received from the barista Jacob was some of the best I have received in my years of purchasing coffee at... various shops. He was exceptionally nice, gave me more straws than I had asked for through the kindness of his heart, and wasoverall a treat to purchase my drinks from. He also knew me by the sound of my voice when I pulled up to the drive-through whichmade my experience extremely personal feeling. My car broke down and the police where jerks and towed it. I came to this Starbucks in tears and was waiting for a ride which... took a few hours. I fell asleep and woke up to a hot coffee and hot food and the sweetest blond girl smiling at me when Ilooked up confused. Illnever buy coffee anywhere else.
