We were not welcomed when we walked in. There were three young hostesses, and they didn't acknowledge us. We had to say hello... first. We received dirty silverware and had to request clean silverware. I don't understand how the restaurant doesn't checktheir silverware before giving it to customers smh. I had to ask for a glass of water 3 times before the waiter remembered tobring it. The manager of this location constantly walked around with a smile but never checked on any customers at the tables tosay hello and see how our customer experience was going. The food we ordered was delicious, however. That saved the customerexperience, but we probably won't be back to this location. Read more

Shrimp and chicken Carbonara is the best. I eat this every time and the waiter was the best I have had anywhere in a long time.... Place was packed but he keep our drinks refilled and food came out fast. Definitely will be backnagain!! Read more

We had a very large catering order for a wedding rehearsal and this restaurant did an awesome job with it! We had to call to... place the order and the staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. It was ready at the pickup time and the staff wasextremely nice and helped us load everything into our car. The meal was extremely delicious and we got a lot of compliments onthe choice. We would highly recommend this location for their service and food. The predicted serving sizes were very accuratefor the chicken parmesan catering meals. The soup sizes were pretty large, so you could probably go on the lower side for them.But overall a fantastic experience! Read more

Went in for a casual dinner, and the service was impeccable as always. The breadsticks and salad was perfect and our orders... consisted of shrimp, chicken and fettuccine Alfredo, all made perfectly! The cheesecake however was a let down and came out inits frozen form. Read more

Honestly the food is usually the same consistency. But service is not. I'm usually not to type to leave a review for Olive... Garden but I had to make sure I recognized literally the best server I have ever came across at any olive garden. Today was thefirst time my wife and I had the opportunity to have KETTY as our server and must I say we were blown away with the quality ofservice she provided us. She has great energy and is very polite. The resturant was pretty busy when we came in and she stillmanaged to take care of her other tables as well as check if we needed anything throughout our meal. The service Ketty providedus was exceptional and I really hope she is able to serve us again when we come back. I may even request her . My wife and I went for dinner at OG in Manassas, VA last night. We were seated immediately at a table where only 1 person could... sit. I asked for a better table where both can sit and we moved. A gracious waitress greeted us and we ordered Calamari Apetizerand hot water until we were ready with the entrees. We were given silverware and mine was filthy with stains all over.Unsanitary serving. I showed it to the waitress who took that away but did not get another set until after I had to use my handto eat the Calamari appetizer. Calamari was too dry and appeared cooked 2 days before. We ate only half and sent the other halfback. Just before the salad and the breadsticks came I was offered another filthy set of silverware. I informed the waitressthat it is COVID19 time and there service has to be sanitized. She apologized and sent a guy manager who offered a silverwareset but I was given a cleaned 3rd set. I mentioned to the guy manager how unsanitized they were to which he said it is the soap.I said get the dishwasher fixed as it is COVID19. The stains were not soap. Instead of an apology he was defensive with reasons. Our food entree's were horrible as well and we could not eat without any I mprovising of the food. So, we did not eat andinstead brought them home to rebook to eat as we were also charged the full price for our meal.I wish I can post the pics herefor everyone to see but you won't allow such. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in ages and it did not let me down! The lunch special was $9.99 for shrimp scampi. That... included soup and salad! I left there so full and had to get a to-go box for dinner. Service was excellent! Jennifer was awonderful server and extremely helpful when we were selecting our meals. She offered suggestions and brought us a few Andescandies at the end. Read more
