This place was amazing, amazing service, amazing food, amazing vibe. I live in NY but 100% would come back to this place next... time i?m in Virginia. I got the Ramen Birria since it was recommended to me by my server (who was extremely nice and attentiveshe checked on us multiple times, and other servers checked on us as well) I don?t regret getting it, the meat was juicy andsavory and full of immense flavor. I also got the classic Birria Brisket Taco, which was also amazing and I absolutely loved it?I kind of inhaled it and would?ve gotten another if I hadn?t ordered so much food. I also got the Mega Multi Birdie and thepresentation was great, very inticing. I also got the horchata, it was delicious. ???? ????!! THE BEST BIRRIA IN NOVA!! ???? ???? The place isn't the prettiest or most fanciest, but don't let that deceive you!!... Upon entering almost all of the tables, both inside and out, were packed but the service was so good that they cleaned the tableand sat us down immediately. After reading many reviews and seeing signs outside of "BEST BIRRIA IN NOVA" I knew we couldn'tpass on trying it so my girl ordered the mega mulita de birria. I asked the waitress how big the pizza birria was and she saidenough to feed 3 people. I shrugged it off because I didn't believe it would be that big but BOY WAS I WRONG!!! The food cameout in less than 10 minutes despite all of the other people here. My pizza Birria was MASSIVE!! ???????????? One bite and I wasleft in a daze. All of the flavors and juices hit my taste buds all at once! I'm a huge fan of consome and hot sauces (thespicier the better! ???? ????) but this birria was so good that it did not need any of that. If you love Birria or want to try it COME HERE. Birria aka beef brisket has become really trendy and La China Poblana is giving... NOVA options: Birria tacos, quesadilla, ramen, pizza! I love a restaurant that isn't afraid to try new things, firstly the basicbirria tacos are delicious, so much flavor is cooked into the meat and the consume (stew) that you seriously want to drinkit. I ordered a combo of carne asada and birria tacos because I was starving and regretted not getting it all birria so Idunked the others in the consume too. My sister and brother in law got the birria ramen and it was so good they were almost sadto eat it because there is nothing that good that compares back where we live. I always pass by this place when I?m driving to Old Town Manassas and I decided to stop in to buy some tacos! ???? from the... moment I walked into the restaurant, I felt as if I entered another country. The Mexican music was upbeat and I could hear thesound of the accordion as the music played. I already felt like I wanted to dance. Many choices of tacos to choose from. Isteak tacos, shrimp tacos and Al Pastor tacos. A little pricey but with the cost of everything nowadays I can?t complain. Thebest part of it all was that the box that the tacos were in was a pizza box. I love it when I came home and my boys thought theyhad pizza only to open up and it was tacos. Amazing little hole in the wall! Very authentic and packed full of flavor! I was never a birria fan until I came here! The ramen... and the quesadilla pizza were honestly the best I've ever had with birria. The caldo is simply undescribable! Their tacos andalso perfect and a great portion. I fell in love with the decor a well, it's so cute and inviting, very full of life and color.Very much looking forward to trying a few more things from their menu! Read more
Good ambiance, good food, good service! I asked our server Jocelyn what she recommended I get between a burrito and a torta.... She suggested the carne asada burrito and I do not regret choosing it!! It was so good and has the right amount of filling. Iwas content with just half. The green and red hot sauces were pretty good, although I do feel like they could be a tad bitspicier. (But that?s just me) My fiancée tried 4 different tacos and his favorite was the chorizo. Worth giving them a try! Read more
