Clean place with decent service. Food was good and didn't take too long
The lady who greeted me today was very friendly and nice. (I did not catch her name but she was wearing a batman belt) I did not... order a drink with my meal so she offered me a clear cup for water while I waited. While doing this someone came up to ask aboutthe biwls for peanuts and she informed him that they were out but that they could provide him a cup for them. As she handed memy water cup I asked if I could also have a peanut cup and she told me she had already given me two, and when I looked downthere were indeed two stacked cups in my hand! The environment itself was very clean, and the staff quickly refilled the ketchuppump once customers let thek know it was empty. Excellent customer service and friendliness! Read more
Had a bacon cheese burger that slapped, had fresh jalapeños on it. Excellent. Fries were on point too. Music was a tad high,... but food was fresh and plentiful. Read more
Had to wait almost 10 minutes to pick up my online order after I arrived and notified them I was there. Burgers were very good.... Fries were under cooked. Disappointing experience this time. Usually much better. Read more
Five guys is always an excellent choice for lunch or dinner. The Manassas location is no exception. The staff was very helpful... and friendly, and our burgers were delicious. Burgers, burgers, burgers what more can I say. Better then the BK next to it. Expensive of course, like any other 5 guys I?ve... been to. It?s a simple build your own burger joint. It?s always clean inside when I eat here and it?s only occasionally. Read more
