30 minutes of wait time for three burgers and onion rings. Place not crowded. Toppings on burgers were sparse and burgers were... overcooked and dry. Onion rings were good. Restaurant does not compare to Five... other burger places. ;) Read more
I was really stoked for trying this place out and after waiting 50min for our to go order with our two year old toddler was... still anticipating the food and said it?s new and it?s okay. When we got home as you can see we ordered the Western Bacon BBQBurger and it came with no bacon, nor the onion rings instead they put two tomato slices and my simple Large Burger withAmerican cheese came with no cheese I had to add a slice from the fridge. Highly disappointed we paid for condiments andingredients not included. And our wings were dry barely any sauce. The only good order were the French fries. I was super hyped to come here since they opened a few weeks ago. since it was next to Barnes & Nobles, my daughter and I... stopped here afterwards. there was only one person on the register & she was a bit slow. it also seemed like the people in frontof me were waiting until they got to the front of the line to decide what they want so expect a wait. I ordered: (1) originalburger w/ lettuce, tomatoes & pickles (1) king burger w/ the works (everything) (1) 6 bone-in wings - coconut jerk seasoning (1)kids meal w/ strawberry milkshake I ordered the original burger as a meal, but she entered in as only a burger (which I didn'trealize until after). the cashier also seemed to fumble a bit when I paid in cash. she accidentally entered in the wrong amountof cash & had to find a manager. it was kind of a clusterf-ck as there was already a long line behind me. it took about 25minutes for the food to be completed & once completed, the man handled my order off to someone else. I had to retrieve it fromthat person as I was trying to catch that guys attention when he was handing it off. ok, now, for the actual food. I was superexcited to try it, but once I got home, patty was really dry. on the website, they describe the bun as a 'toasted sponge-doughbun', but even that was dry. the only entree item that was good IMO were the wings. my daughter had a hard time eating herhotdog as it was a bit hard. shoestring fries were delicious though. they threw in some fat steak fries which were soggy incomparison to the shoe string, which were crispy. for $40 and a 25 minute wait, I expected better fast food I guess? but it iswhat it is. maybe next time I'll try dine in instead of take out. The burgers were not bad, but it is expensive ???? Last Sunday me and my fiancé went and tried the fat burgers. It was not bad... and service is up and down. We waited 30 mins in line to order and once we go there to order it?s a mess. The cashier didn?thear us well I guess, our order was a mess but we don?t want to keep the line waiting so I let it slide. I ordered one burgermeal with no pickles and Oreo shake. My fiancé ordered the same thing but with no relish on his burger. She ask me if it?s okayfor me to wait for the shake because it?s gon take a min or two to make one. I said yeah it?s fine. She rang up every and sherepeated our orders back with nothing changes. All our burgers comes with everything, I told her I don?t want pickles and I wantmy Oreo shake. She might be confused for something because we repeated back to her what we don?t want and what I want, i don?tknow. She shaking her head up and down but still don?t change our order. So our order ranged up two original burgers ???? withskinny and fat fries ???? and regular drinks ????. I have pickles on my burger, my fiancé had relish on his burger. And I don?tget my shake. Our orders come out $30 or more for no shake and everything on our burgers.My fiancé got little mad about it Itold him it?s okay. Maybe it?s her first time. The best burger I've ever had. The Best!! Amazing service. Awesome owners. Burgers were juicy and flavorful. What a great... experience.. our family of 6 all loved it.
