Service was great. Nice atmosphere, but a little loud. VERY EXPENSIVE. Ordered the prime rib which although tasty, out wasn't... cooked very well. The outside was flat out burnt and I ordered medium rare but it had a lot of very rare meat in it. For themost expensive item on the menu, it should've been cooked properly. The sides were average. A true gem and location is great. It is situated in center city where beautiful neighborhoods surround this area. The restaurant... is very cozy and offers a very warm atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, professional, and engaging. The food is absolutelyamazing. Each dish is prepared fresh and you can tell from the crowds they are enjoying their meals. We held a bridal shower on June 12,2022. Carmello’s was perfect. Every detail was taken care of exactly as we asked. Our... servers, Stephan and Victor were so helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Food was delicious. Old Town Manassas is Magical in December and Carmello's is so romantic. High end dining. Although our choice of wine was not in... stock, our server was quick to offer a similar selection. The Calamari appetizer was delish. My meal was to have lobster andscallops, but, salmon was substituted without telling me. Honestly, I didn't care because it was romantic and lovely.
