Terrible! Order was always not right!!! We have dairy and egg allergy so no cheese and mayo. Even though you order it right and... clearly states on the receipt will give you a burger with cheese and mayo. ???? So people with allergies be careful! They justdont care. Read more

The customer service was lower than pathetic. DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered an impossible whopper and asked politely for extra... pickles. I specifically said 10-20 oppose to the standard 4 and said even then no worries I love pickles pretty please thank youand I'd truly appreciate it. Got up to the window checked and found 5. I was on a lunch break, starving and haven't eaten at aBK in 7+ years. I politely asked for a cup of pickles the woman got the manager and she said no. Then wanted to charge me moreafter arguing with me. I explained I helped run 5 stores at one point in my life and didn't want to argue as I was a customerand it was just a few more pickles from one of many 5 gallon buckets. She gave me 5 more in a dripping dollar bag with anattitude that pained her to give, it seemed a fraction of my way. Read more
