The employees here are amazing! They?re very generous, especially with the ice cream scoops. Would totally recommend.
I ordered a cake from my son and requested a certain or to call me so I could cancel my order if they couldn?t make it on time.... I called asked for my birthday cake and they said the cake people were gone already I was told lies because the team leader saidthey don?t make the cakes there. Then spoke to the manager and told me she can get me a cake from another baskin robins for 3hours later after the time I requested, I said that was fine. We got the cake however it tasted nothing like baskin robins cakeit tasted like cheap Walmart cake. Terrible customer service spoke to 3 different people all terrible including the manager. Terrible service!! I ordered a custom birthday cake and they LOST it. Now my 11 yr old does not have her birthday cake!!! I... originally was offered a discount and not an equivalent to my order. I was eventually given a cake have the size I requested. Iam deeply disappointed in this location and how this matter was handled. Beware when you order your cake!!!!!! Read more
Great ice cream, my favorite kind is Mont chocolate Chip and usually am not disappointed. Only when they are out of it! Nice... place but a little cold atmosphere, so maybe try to go when the weather is warmer outside. Seems clean and good the way theytreat the ice cream! Read more
