Legit ice cream place . Let me first say that if you go to an ice cream place and they measure ice cream I'm never going back... there !! They don't do that at Jake's cree-me- freeze , what they do is pack up the ice cream . So if you order a medium vanillacup , caramel, sprinkles after you eat that it's time for a nap and if you can eat all that without feeling full, you are a farbetter person than me !! Read more
I had a coffee snake and found it to be quite sweet! The soft serve swirl I tried was good but it wasn't anything special... either. The vanilla soft serve on its own might be better, that'll be what I get if I give Jake's another try. Read more

2 I've cream places... The 1st had 1 car in the parking lot, tis one the line stretched took the middle of the parking lot... We... had to see why. Most ice cream is the same, so it was good. They did cover the soft serve with chocolate which was cool. Willgo back. The flavor selection was OK, but not spectacular. Spectacular to me is when you see banana, Cinamon, odd flavors youdon't see everywhere. Read more
Chose the hard ice cream flavor of the week which was salted Caramel with almonds and cashews. Delicious ice cream. I?m... incredibly happy right now. Perfect texture, hard ice cream yet not frozen solid, smooth and rich with perfect balance of saltyand sweet. Will return to try more! Read more
I am a local who was looking for an alternative to Jersey Freeze, but Jake's has many of the same problems. We ordered three... medium cups of soft serve which came to a whopping $21. I asked for a peanut butter fudge sundae expecting ice cream, peanutbutter, whipped cream, peanuts, and a cherry. I received an overfilled soft serve cup with a dab of fudge, tiny reeses pieces,and too many peanuts, making it difficult to eat without making a mess in the car. (It was cold and no seating was provided.)When I complained they handed me a separate cup of peanut butter which I apparently was supposed to somehow add to theircreation. The elderly couple I was with received one of their cups with a lid, smashing the ice cream into a block, and onewithout a lid. We were not originally asked if we wanted lids. When my aunt asked for no lid, they peeled the top off and handedthe blob back to her. Would it have hurt to ask more questions or present the purchases in a way that was enticing to thecustomer?
