We enjoyed a post game meal and drinks after a UVa basketball game. The bartender and service staff were on point and... excellent. They have a great selection of IPA beers, and I enjoyed more than one. The chicken wings (hot garlic and sweet redchili) were flavorful, meaty and delicious. Onion rings were also a good appetizer. My ribeye sandwich was cooked to order(medium rare) and hit the spot. I also noted a very generous burger in our group. The general manager chatted with us, verywelcoming. More extra credit to the bartender for finding a football game that only being streamed on ESPN+. Read more

Came for early dinner - 5:00pm on a Wednesday. Not many customers there yet. Food pretty much was good (husband's fried... chicken (sandwich) was cold). We had to wait quite a bit before waitress came to our table and got drunk orders. She wasbartending so waited on those at the bar (about 8-10 ppl) plus us. We order an appetizer and wait to place dinner order untilapp is close to being done. Not a good choice that night. Long wait to place order and to receive our food. Went in there for the first time last night after a full day of kayaking, was hungry & thirsty & our server Will was on point... with everything from start to finish! I got the shrimp for shrimp nite, potato salad & steamed green beans & everything wasdelicious! Also got 2 cocktails, Under the Sea & a Light & Stormy, I'm in love with the Light & Stormy!
