I have gone here a few times and they are not welcoming. The manager or owner is rude and always seems in a bad mood. This last... time I went there a kid served us. When we walked in he was on his phone, then he finally asked what we wanted. He messed up oneorder cause it seemed he was in a rush and did not listened to what I asked. Since it wasn't what I ordered I was not taking it.I gave him my card, he ran it and gave it back to me and walked back to him phone. I said excuse me I need my receipt. Heignored me and the manager had to hand it to me. This is the last time I'm going here. I recommend the one that is between PortChester and Greenwich. Way better service ! Read more

There are a lot of Carvel locations in the area but I prefer this one to many others because of its great outdoor seating.... There's plenty of space and a few different area where you can enjoy your ice cream. It's a really nice environment, especiallyon warm summer night. The products, service and costs are similar to most others but the seating is unique. Read more
