Should not take 20 minutes to have an order taken inside after waiting for 10 (for total of 30 minutes) prior to have the lady... and gentlemen ahead of me to get their order taken and food given out 7 minutes prior of my order being taken. Busy yes but notenough to warrant having being ignored the entire time only to have the manager ask if I was waiting on food. Read more
Clean and very fast service. We came in right behind a school volleyball team and we were impressed by the service provided.... They were quick and had a great attitude for serving so many right before the lobby was supposed to close. The food was great,hot and fresh. Read more
Went thru the drive thru waited 10 minutes to get to the place to order and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes cuz they... had a big order? What kind of fast food place is this? They took the fast out of fast food. The people in front of us placed their order, then the girl who took their order walked... away and and joined the four other people working in back and put fries in the oil, then put nuggets in the oil, theneventually came back to take our order. There were two people standing around, one directly next to the fryer, who could havedropped the fries and nuggets so the girl working the register could have continued to take orders. The result is it took nearlytwenty minutes to get our food when we started second in line at the register. The cashier was nice, but being nice and triplingthe time it took us to get our food doesn't cut it. Read more
Great local Wendy?s. A bit dated though and the establishment looks to be struggling with upkeep. Staff somewhat... unprofessional at the front end taking orders. Interior of the restaurant is struggling to keep the place clean after guestsfinish their meal. Food was good though so no complaints in that department. Read more
