All tables were dirty. 3 people working. Not busy. Would not clean 1 table. Very bad language.
Im not sure whats happened to this store but im appalled at what ive been witnessing the past month or so. Ive seen employees... (management i assume) shake a wrap and a flatbread in another employees face with a line full of customers to "show" them thedifference between the two and today i watched one man run both ends of the line while another just ran the register and the onethat was doing meats got rudely told to stop serving the customer he working on and make an online order /now/. Terriblebusiness practice and management and i wont be visiting the malvern location again. Read more

Slow as hell. I ordered my sandwiches online and they weren't done when I got there they didn't have the meat prepared for my... sandwiches until I got there the manager decided that she needed to prep the food. Read more
The food is great if they would just flipping listen to the customers an they also need a new manager ist quite clear they do... not know how to teach there employees how to deal with disabled an challenged ppl maybe there's a course in that in therehandbook . Just saying...... Read more
Ordered online showed up a few minutes after my food was said to be done and ready to pick up. They hadn't even started on it... yet. Then they got one of my sandwiches completely wrong. Look if it's ordered online your supposed to make it for the personand have it waiting but I guess that's too much for these so called sandwich artists to understand. It's called your job just doit the way your supposed to. I will not be eating here anymore. Read more
