Went in tonight. 1st manager I've ever met that didn't have a clue what the loaded ff were..I tried to explain but got cut off... immediately to tell me they have never had sour cream. Again this is an arby's inside of a gas station. But I will tell you that the customer service is good, the, the speed and... quality of the food is good and I guess that's really all that matters. Service was quick. Many people working. Restaurant was dirty but it was extremely busy. Reason for a 3 is due to ordering a... large curly fry and the box wasn't full. I pointed this out before leaving the counter with my food and was told that that isall they were allowed to put in a large due to shortage. Read more
