My sister called in for pizza and wings and asked for hand tossed pizza but they said didn't do hand toss anymore. So we got... regular and its wasn't too bad but it wasn't the best I think ill take Plattsburgh pizza hut over malone. And as for the wingswasn't bad either but some where not cooked. I asked my sister if she wanted to call them and she said that she talked to one ofthe employees and said that everything is cooked at a temperature so she she paid 70$ for some what not cooked wings. We didn'ttouch them after that they went in garbage. Thank you for trying anyway. Read more
Food was okay but not as good as I remembered. Service was awful, but then after rectifying a messed up order with the acting... Manager, she more than made good on their mistakes, which is the sole reason they're getting so many stars. We found the food tobe far less tasty & greasier than we recalled, but it's been a year since we've had pizza from here. The wings were pretty good,but the cost of chicken currently is simply outrageous!! Read more

Always liked Pizza Hut, I use to like the thin and crispy crust it got to thin and crispy so I went back to original hand tossed... and I most of the time order my favorite toppings, ham, pineapple, pepperoni and onions with a cherry breeze drink, keep up thegood work ????????????????????????? I dont often give 5 stars but this Pizza Hut has been thoroughly updated since last October 2021. Our 3 topping pan pizza was... baked to perfection. We use to eat here often when we lived here in the 80?s and 90?s. What a treat!!! We are so glad westopped here for lunch. Service was fast and a friendly server served us as well!! Read more

Vicky is amazing in a packed store! The only waitress on the floor yet she managed to get every order to tables hot and fresh,... no significant delays and everyone left with a smile. She managed the whole floor and the registers with the manager jumping into help, as well as making all the pizzas. I saw James recruit someone from the backdoor to bus a few tables, I assume one oftheir drivers and he did all with a smile. This is an excellent team! Read more
