I?ve been going to the Malone McDonalds since I was a kid. I?ve always have a good experience. Recently I had a dine in... experience that didn?t go so well. I mentioned something to the store manager just to help them continue to improve theircustomer experience. She absolutely went above and beyond and hand wrote me a note and gave me some free meals for myexperience. I was blown away. The personal touch and professionalism of the Malone McDonalds General Manager can?t beoverstated. I hope McDonalds corporate is listening because she deserves to be recognized for how well she operates the storeand the outstanding customer service she provides. First class. Read more
Absolutely horrible you order 3 ..20 piece nuggets and get no sauce after asking and paying for extra sauce meanwhile you have... to run all the way back there every time I go here there's a problem Read more
Not a fan of the food, really greasy. But good for a quick bite.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Always getting orders wrong, Cold fries. Complained to Corporate they sent Coupon for free... meal & told me franchise owner will contact me, which never happens as owner doesn't care. I have to leave 1 star otherwise itwould be 0. Read more
