It was very said when I asked for legs, wings n breast for bucket xcrispy. It confused them so bad. He said you mean thigh?? I... said no, breasts.. Plus when asked what sides, I mentioned mashed potatoes and coleslaw. He said beans?? I said no, coleslaw.He called someone over and we had the same conversation. My answers were the same. I tried to order the mac n cheese bowls in a combo with a drink a cookie because that?s how I always order and receive it with... no problems. Last time I went and this time again they said they couldn?t make them into combos so I just ordered the mac ncheese bowls and this time I received them half filled. It's bad enough you pay $14 for a three-piece meal but to get your largest piece of chicken soggy and not even crispy, pretty... pathetic. And to top that off your third piece of chicken basically just bone with breading. It seems to be the norm with KFC'sall over. I don't know how they'll stay in business. Don't use the app to order! Apparently it over complicated it for the crew. And no they were not "over worked and understaffed"... cause the place was dead. 3 piece chicken meal came through as only a 2 piece , chicken tender meal tenders looked like theycome out from under the grill after several days of being there. No sauces , no silverware, no napkins. Awful waste of $30. Read more
