Had some poor service as in wrong food given and they did not have the best attitude when told about the order.
Whatever this is was inside my sweet and sour sauce.
Friendly staff, good service. The dining room was clean. We got our order quickly. That being sais, the restaurant was not busy... but with the plastic pannels at the cash it is hard to order as we are having trouble understanding the cashier and they can nothear us good neither. I ordered a Bacon king for myself and chicken fries for my children. I found a white hair in my first bite of the burger and the... chicken fries were, not only cold, but so hard my youngest couldn't bit through them. I went back and they apologized andreplaced my order. Even though the customer service was great. That kind of food preparation is unacceptable. Read more
I love the food an all don?t get me wrong definitely good food but I just did an order for my girlfriend and I and never got... basically half the order never got my 2 things of onion rings , my side of fries and missing a bacon whopper melt , and I know Iordered them because I still have the receipt and it even says it on receipt, I do understand people to always make sure youhave your order but I also understand from working in a restaurant that when making someones order,you have their order detailsright in front of you there by the we are supposed to trust the restaurant not to screw us over Read more
