Worst Tim Hortons ever. We've waited for 20 minutes for a small french vanilla and a medium cappuccino. 10 people were served... before us... The girl who made the cappuccino seemed lost and she didn't apologize at all. In the end the cappuccino did nottaste good. So you better go to Starbucks Coffee. Read more

Alex made a mistake on our order twice. The second time she threw the order on the pickup?s disk and turned her back and... murmured something. When I checked the order it was missing the second bowl. Instead of her reviewing my order and see where isthe mistake she denied there is an error. I asked to cancel the order and get refund. She couldn?t even tell me how much she isrefunding me and she didn?t refund to the original card and gave me Canadian dollars instead. She said you?re lucky getting arefund. Her seemed- to be a supervisor couldn?t even solve the issue. You guys are a pile of mess. Cool ???? Read more

This place is pretty unorganized. All employees seem to be pretty unhappy with working or serving customers. They all have very... grumpy faces without smiles when taking orders and just want clients to order as little food as possible. They didn't evenbother to announce the order numbers when completing the preparation of food so everyone is so confused of whether that food istheirs. The iced coffee is tasteless. Read more

Very bad experience Ordered iced cap with espresso shot inside and for it to be blended together she ignored it and told the... other girl to just make the iced cap and add the shot on top. Did that then have it to me and when asked to blend it she saidit?s cross contamination and she wouldn?t do it I said other Tims do it then she took it in purpose splashed all the iced caparound to prove that can?t be done and gave me back the iced cap and said you got what you wanted here and left like it is freeyou pay 4$ for that to get that kind of treatment everywhere I go they make just like I ask but this place no very rude employeeshe takes orders and is rude with everyone last time I come and by from this Tims!
