Forced to use extremely slow machines to place orders. They refuse counter service unless it's cash. I'm sure the disability act... would loooove that one. Most staff just standing around as a result. Can't imagine what it's like when it's busy. Read more

Most pathetic service level. If you're in a hurry go somewhere else

Poor and extremely slow service. Meat patty from burger was cold by the time we got it. We asked to wait 7 minutes for fresh... apple pies. After 25 min of waiting, we overheard the manager lady tell the cashier not to make us our fresh pies and to give usold pies instead. My partner had to intervene and say that after this long wait, we want our fresh pies. And still, the pieswere cold. Read more

The place was packed, so I used machine to order, as per the instructions. 2 of 3 kiosk worked. While using kiosk which was... extremely slow, after placing my order, the machine crashed, and ended my order. I went to order at counter and they onlyaccepted cash there. ......i walked away Read more

Good location. Got our food fast and it was cooked fresh.

A big restaurant chain like A&W must choose better person then Jamie to serve their clientel, she was rude disrespectful and... very angry awful woman. Even other customers who wait for their order talk about her bad comportement. I'm a trucker and a loyalcustomer in this on route but with the way I've been treat , next time I'm gonna wait for the next on route. Lots of peoplelooking for a job , you can find way better then her to be happy to serve A&W customer. Please owner , do something about thiscomplet lack of professionalism from Jamie. Read more

Wonderful place for a quick bite ordering. The staffs are okay and the order is on point.

This time the food is very good. Lettuce wrapped option for my hamburger is so nicely made. This makes me frequent A&W more than... other chains. Read more
