The staff used my name and offered thanks for staying with dunkins even though my dunkins close to me closed for good.
they make the wrong sandwich then disrespect you when you ask for the correct one. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg, cheese add... bacon. received a sausage and bacon?..they said what i received was correct. they eventually made the sandwich but still didntunderstand. handing me the food the 3 in the front were making faces to eachother. i was nothing but nice and really wanted whatI ordered. sad part is, i doubt they will think they did nothing wrong? This Dunkin Donuts location is the best. The one on Middlesex Avenue is absolutely terrible! Order is always right, they... actually put the right amount of esspresso in all drinks, and the people working there are very nice. Thank you! Read more
The Staff was really rude, I had bought a drink for the first time. I took a sip and I realized I didn?t like it. I asked if I... could receive another drink and I would pay for it. The people are very nice but the hours are not the greatest it seems like they don't open as early as the other locations and... they seem to be closed as soon as it gets dark. I will say this because there is no drive thru you can usually get right in andout because most people are heading to the drive thru locations Read more
Worst Dunkins ever!! I've been going to this location for years- only for emergency coffee runs. They always have 20 people... working there, even though it's not busy, but are incredibly disorganized and rude...I've NEVER received the correct order- fromthe simplest coffee, to most basic donut...It amazes me that they cant get one order right! Im a director at a local business,and it is an ongoing joke with my coworkers...This place is horrible and I will never go back! Read more
This dunks used to be on point with everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else cause I knew they'd get it right every time, but I... haven't been able to come back here for a while. Every latte I order is incorrectly made, and the sandwiches are cold. My wifeorders bagels and it's 50/50 whether or not they're toasted, and the cream cheese is NEVER put on, busy or empty.
