It's like they think Salt is too spicy. Hands down the blandest chain in existence. Fellow Texans, please stop pretending this... food is even in the same category as McDonalds, much less In'n'out or Braums. Read more
The lady at the drive through was very nice and helpful. The shake machine was down for cleaning but it was late at night so... can't complain. Read more
It's a Whataburger attached to a gas station in a small texas town. It did what I was looking for, which was burger and fries... delivered quickly. It did. Place was clean, so there's that too. Read more
Stopped in on way to San Antonio. When we went inside no one was in line. We stepped to the counter ready to order and stood... there for approximately 10 minutes. 4 employees either stepped to the register or walked past us without acknoeledging ourpresence or even giving us a "we'll be with you in a minute". We ended up leaving. While I completely understand that the drivethrough may have been busy, it would have been good customer service to at least acknowledge those waiting in line and give somesort of a status or update.this seems to be a training problem. The Whataburger is right off the main road attached to an Exxon. McDonalds is right across the street but why do that when you... can have the best burger in Texas. Don?t sleep on that spicy ketchup it is the bomb!!! Read more
They very rarely get my order wrong, which is nice. If it is they fix it with no issue and service is moderately average to... quick. The food is what you would expect for fast food, however they do offer a good variety. The price is reasonable as well.Overall, I enjoy my visits, although there are times the fries are too salty or not salty enough. Also love the decor, wish Iknew who the artist was of the paintings.
