Customer service is trash the majority of the time. Just a bunch of kids yelling and airing out their dirty laundry. I wouldn't... even mind so much if they would acknowledge that you're standing at the register ready to order without it taking 2 minutes.Then their demeanor changes entirely, like they're annoyed that they have to work. A couple of the young ladies are actuallyvery sweet and professional, but unfortunately the rest of them kind of spoil the bunch. And don't get me started on incorrectorders. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered double cheeseburgers and they've either made them single or they're missingsomething. Someone who actually CARES needs to go in and do a spring cleaning with their employees because with its location, ithas the potential to be great. Read more

The cook had his long hair covering his eyes while he cooked, with no gloves on. The other employee was swearing because the ice... cream machine wasn't working, surprise. It was dirty and employees were not happy to be there. What a shame in this smalltown. Very disappointing experience. ???? Read more
Fries were good, however the Mcnuggets were very dry and overcooked. It's fast food so i don't expect much, but this was fast... below what I expect from McDonald's. Read more
Decided after the FOURTH time my order has been wrong or the cashier pressed the wrong button that I would write this. I usually... use the app to make purchases because it?s just easier than going inside or yelling through the drive through and I?ve had theunpleasant experience of dealing with workers who haven?t been trained to handle these orders. I waited in line for an olderwomen to put ?extra sauce? then ring it up and claim that I canceled it and had to pay on site or order again. I have the emailwith my order receipt that literally says ?extra sauce? and nothing of my order itself. Turnover rate is either incredibly highor something because I rarely see the same person twice and there?s always a problem with orders being not read (like plain anddry or no lettuce) and being ignored. Very sad this town has limited options, it?s the only reason they?re still open. Read more
I had a wonderful experience. For one thing I did not even know that frozen coke was at McDonald?s, so that was awesome. Then I... had a brief chat with one of the workers, named Cameron Hayes. Wonderful person and now this is my favorite McDonald?s, I likehis energy and I think he would make a great manager here, after all happy workers = good environment = happy customers. Read more
