Clean nice friendly would definitely stop their again. A little hard to see but it right their past maverick north of them
I'm curious what Malad Subway's hours are these days. Your doors say you are open until 9:00 pm, and Google said that the owner... confirmed the same just a week ago, but somehow your workers closed down over 30 mins before it's actually supposed to beclosed??? This is starting to become a Subway that isn't worth going to, even if we have to drive north or south to anotherlocation. How disappointing. Read more
Messed up my sandwich every single time I've gone. The slowest service ever. Doesn't matter whether you go in the drive or... inside. There was only one other customer in front of me, ordering two sandwiches. Two people in the drive. It took 30 min inline, and they still messed up. Read more
It?s just a normal subway, however, they only gave a little bit of the veggies and cheese. Weren?t very generous with the... toppings. The ingredients also weren?t the freshest. Read more
It was 2:00 in the afternoon went to order a 6-in meatball they only have two meatballs left and said they weren't going to make... any more. They suck Podunk towns better get there before noon to get a meatball. That's why you don't open franchise restaurantsin small towns! Read more
Typically, I quite like this place but on my most recent experience my sandwich artist kept adding barely any veggies to the... sandwiches (including other people ahead of me) even after restocking them. Not that big of a deal, but it is a littlefrustrating/embarrassing for me to need to ask for more after explicitly saying "a lot of _" since one didn't get enough to getto cover the other side of the sandwich, haha. I assume they are just new or something though since usually it's still a goodplace to go. Its clean, convenient, and I haven't had any quality control issues like Burger King always seems to have every fewmonths. I wish that they would bring back the Agua Fresca though. Facility was clean and fairly nice but staff was terrible. I got an online order and came in before they had made it, so I asked... them to only put the sauce on one side (my husband and I always get a footlong, and split it, but I don't like the sauce). Andthey said no, because they get too many complaints??? Then she says, to wait and let her make sure, then another grumpy shortlady qith spikey blue hair comes up and says that she can't because her boos said they cannot change anything once an order issent in. So I wait while she makes the sandwhich, and she tells me to not wait their while she makes it. To go get my drink,instead. But it is very busy, so I have to awkwardly scooch around all the other groups of people in line ahead of me to cut tothe front, and ask for a cup, then I have to wait for the cashier to get the other things ready and check out a couple otherpeople. Etc Just a weird experience. I understand following your bosses wishes, but now, in order to avoid getting complaints onfuture orders, you're getting a complaint on this one.
