some employees are very rude no more subway for me or my family.
ALERT!!! SUBWAY SCAM. I visited the Subway in the OK Circle Store at West 44 SR in Deland FL and THREE TIMES within ONE YEAR... the Corporate owned Subway scammed me out of the legal 6" sub to a 5" sub. The first time, I called the corporate office and itstated it would address the issue and offer me another sub sandwich. The second time, three months prior it happens a secondtime, took the photo, talk to the Manager Heather who stated she would redo the sub and she declined to view the photo on myphone. I advised Heather the incident had occurred prior. I accepted the redo and advised her if it occurred a third time then Iwould contact corporate. The Third Time, it occurred in May 2019, with employee Chris who made an obvious scammed 5" subway. Itold him the sub was not 6" and he ignored me, started to harassment me, yelling, stated I only wanted to start trouble, wouldnot serve again and to the point, I advised him if he kept harassing me then I would call a deputy sheriff then this Chris stop.I returned home, measure the sub, sure enough, 5", took the photo then return to the Subway and talk to manager Heather, she didthe redo, and advise of the third time incident and I would contact Subway corporate office. On June 18, 2019, I enter theSubway again and Tony/Anthony informed me Subway Corporate had banned me from the service!!! Check your 6" to know if you havebeen my Subway!!! I plan to pursue this Subway Scam as Subway had been nationally scandalized for this scam in the past. Read more
